With plans to invest Rs1,800 crore in its first luxury residential building, Ashtech Group, a well-known brand in sustainable infrastructure and construction, has formally joined the real estate market. The project will be constructed on a 5.6-acre, fully paid-up property in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, which was purchased for about Rs300 crore.
The site has improved lifestyle appeal and connectivity due to its strategic location adjacent to an 8-acre government park. In order to provide a comprehensive living experience, the development will include luxury houses created by a global architect that incorporate luxury facilities, landscaped green spaces, and sustainability-driven features.
