Bengaluru-based realty developer Puravankara Ltd has entered the Delhi-NCR market for the first time by buying a 13.44-acre plot of land in Greater Noida for 340 crores. The company intends to build a big residential project with an expected total value of around 5,200 crores.
The land has been given to Puravankara’s fully owned company, Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development Limited, through an online auction held by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited. The plot is situated on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor in Greater Noida and can be sold for about 4.57 million square feet.
The purchase is Puravankara’s biggest land deal so far in the financial year 2027 and is part of its larger effort to expand into fast-growing residential areas outside its usual strong regions in southern and western India. With this deal, the developer’s business development plans for 2027 in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru now cover around 10.74 million square feet of sellable space and are expected to generate revenue of about 14,100 crore rupees, as stated in its stock exchange filing.
