Max Estates has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a planned joint development on a land area of about 9.76 acres in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The project is expected to generate a gross development value of around ₹2,500 to ₹3,000 crore.
This is Max Estates’ first step into Ghaziabad, expanding its presence in the National Capital Region beyond Noida, Gurugram, and Delhi. The agreement is structured in a way that doesn’t require a large initial investment, with the landowner being paid through a revenue-sharing model instead of getting paid upfront in cash.
The proposed development will cover approximately 1.5 million square feet of super built-up area.The site is located near National Expressway-3, has a green buffer zone around it, and overlooks the green area of the Hindon River. It is also just a 15-minute drive from the Akshardham Temple and offers good connections from both Delhi and Noida.
